Status update…

I am one lucky girl these days it seems.  Not only am I about to finally be able to choose the cover for my very first published novel but I am also just found out that my fabulous publishing company, Tate Publishing, has agreed to publish the second book that I have written.  I now have a series!!!  How could life get any better at the moment?  Oh yeah, I could actually sell a few books.

Well, that will have to wait.  Book I (Holding On) will be out late fall 2013 and it sounds like Book II (Unglued) will be out early summer 2014 if all goes as planned.  I cannot even begin to describe how flattered I am that Tate Publishing is take a chance on a second book when we have no idea how well the first one is going to go. 

Unglued is a continuation of Holding On.  It follows the same characters but jumps a few years ahead.  I left this one open-ended as well, knowing that I would want to continue the love story of the main characters.  I am currently trying to write the last book in the series which I tentatively plan on titling Weakness.  It’s going to take me a minute to finish it since it’s written from Ethan’s POV.  I have to learn to think like a guy…

So, next time I post I will hopefully have a cover to reveal to all of you for Holding On.  I should have it no later than the end of the month.  Until then…
